Rates: The Royal Gorge River Ranch has a 2 night minimum. $500.00 per night up to 16 people. Each additional person over the initial 16 people of ages 6 and up will be an additional $25.00 per night fee.

Description:
The Royal Gorge River Ranch is a 6 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath affordable luxury ranch house.  This 2 level vacation rental is great for groups, family outings, corporate retreats or whatever type of group you may have in mind. On the main level you will find a large dining room area, living room area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, large oven with a griddle top, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has a large sectional leather sofa, leather recliner, gas log fireplace, Stereo with mp3 and ipod chargers, flat screen TV and DVD Player. You will also find the king bedroom on this level with an attached bunk bed room, a full bath with a large Jacuzzi tub and oversized shower. There is a half bath, laundry room with storage closet where we have various board games. A two car garage which is being converted into a game room.
The upper level offers 4 bedrooms, two with queen beds and two with a king beds. There is also a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a full bath with shower. Enjoy the upper level loft which also furnishes two leather pull outs, television and DVD player. Additionally two upper level decks offer magnificent views and nice places to relax.
Outside Area:
The surrounding courtyard has a large BBQ, large fire pit lounge area, Outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub, patio furniture and a massive covered full wrap around deck.

Property:
The Royal Gorge River Ranch sits on 37 acres which back up to BLM lands and borders the Arkansas River with 750 feet of gold metal fishing waters. You will also have access to our private riverside beach across the river which is the nicest river front access on the Arkansas River with a genuine beach atmosphere. The property is a hunters getaway should you choose to access the BLM lands where you can get permitted to hunt in Colorado's richest region for Big & Small Game trophy hunters.
