Event Policies: Please note Our Vacation Rental Properties are in secluded areas but they are near neighborhoods where excessive noise is not tolerated. For this reason outdoor music must be turned down no later than 10pm and we will not allow live music or DJ’s at either property. We must respect our adjacent neighbors and allow them peace and quiet. For this reason wedding events that wish to include a reception will have to take place either at the White Water Bar & Grill or at an alternate location. In addition occupants at the Valley Ranch are strictly forbidden from accessing the zip line tour platforms or course! We appreciate your understanding and following along with these simple rules and hope you enjoy your stay!

Rates: The price for our Colorado Wedding package is $3000.00 which includes 3 nights stay at the Royal Gorge Valley Ranch for up to 20 people. Wedding venue space for up to 250 people. As well as all event fees and applicable area taxes.

Additional options - Whitewater Bar & Grill: To host a receptions at the Whitewater Bar & Grill there is an additional $1000.00 per night rental fee. Contact, Ty Seufer @ 303 419 6782 - tyseufer@gmail.com for additional information.

River Ranch: The River Ranch may also be available to provide additional accomodations if need be. Call 719 275 7238 for more information.

Riverside Beach: Our riverside beach location on the Arkansas River has served as an alternate ceremony location for smaller weddings.
